No voicemail, no office hours
This number is staffed around the clock, every day. The first call gets a person, not a queue that opens at nine.
The connection costs you nothing
Calling and being connected is free. There is no fee, no membership and no booking charge for using this site. What you agree with the contractor afterwards is between you and them.
Local crews who carry their own paperwork
The contractor on the other end is independent, carries the credentials Maryland requires for this work, and is based close enough to Baltimore to turn up. Ask what it holds and for proof of insurance on the first visit; that request is normal and welcome.
One call fixes a bad match
A contractor who misses the appointment or rubs you the wrong way is a reason to call back, not to give up. Ask for a different one; it costs nothing and nobody will argue.
The part this service cannot promise
None of the above is a warranty on anyone’s workmanship. The contractors are independent businesses, not employees of this site, and the work you agree with one of them is a contract between you and that contractor — its quality, its price, its schedule and its guarantee are theirs to give and yours to hold them to.
